  • Preferences: your opt-in/opt-out choices, including Directory opt-in, Share email with ministries, and Share phone with ministries.
  • Usage information: interactions with sessions, missionaries, and features within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service.
  • Help you connect with missionaries and ministries you are interested in.
  • Communicate with you about events, sessions, and updates.
  • Improve the app and understand how it is being used.

3. Sharing Your Information

In support of the missions ministry, we may share your information with:

  • Church staff and ministry leaders.
  • Missionaries and missions partners, especially when you indicate interest in hearing from them.

How much of your contact information is shared depends on your Profile settings:

  • Directory opt-in: if enabled, your information may appear in an attendee directory or similar listing.
  • Share email with ministries: if enabled, your email address may be shared with missionaries and ministries for follow-up communication.
  • Share phone with ministries: if enabled, your phone number may be shared with missionaries and ministries for follow-up communication.

You may change these settings at any time by logging in and updating the checkboxes on your Profile page.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to support the missions ministry, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records. If you stop using the app, we may continue to store some information in backups or archives, consistent with this Policy.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Choices

  • Profile and preferences: You can update your name, photo URL, church, phone number, social media links, and opt-in/ opt-out choices (Directory opt-in, Share email with ministries, Share phone with ministries) from within the app.
  • Email communications: You can request changes to how we email you by adjusting your settings or contacting the church office.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use in the context of church events and ministries. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact the church so we can review and address the situation.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
